Pippa’s House Children's Nursery in Aldershot, nestled in the heart of the vibrant community, is more than just an early childhood education centre – it's a family.
As you become a part of Pippa's House, the nurturing environment and wonderful staff support your child, fostering a real sense of belonging and community. Parents are also supported by our flexible approach and open-door policy. The nursery is committed to providing not only a stimulating learning atmosphere but also a holistic approach to well-being. A newly constructed, purpose-built kitchen with a dedicated chef provides homemade cooked meals, sourced from local suppliers, accommodating various dietary requirements.

Our settling babies
Our cosy downstairs areas provide a nurturing space where our infants can settle in, feel secure, and gradually seperate from their caregivers. Our primary focus is on creating a warm and engaging environment that fosters strong bonds and encourages the first steps towards autonomy. We recognise the importance of maintaining open communication with parents to ensure that established routines are embraced as the newest members of our family adapt to nursery life.
Our curious toddlers
Our toddlers are natural explorers, always eager to discover the world around them. They use a variety of loose parts and authentic materials to engage in self-directed play and expand their understanding of their environment. Through messy play experiences, they enhance their sensory development and ignite their creativity. Building physical skills and social confidence, they learn to interact with peers, while outdoor activities contribute to their gross motor skill development and coordination.
Our independent preschoolers
Our older children benefit from a structured curriculum designed to prepare them for school. They refine their prewriting and prereading skills through tracing, improving their pencil grip, and participating in discussions about stories. With longer attention spans, they tackle more complex and extended activities. Art and craft activities encourage self-expression and decision-making, while collaborative tasks promote social skills and teamwork. As they prepare for the next phase of their educational journey, we help them to practice the essential self-care routines that ensure a smooth transition to school.
